I love what I do, and do what I love, so unsurprisingly I love to get out there and talk about Mental Health and Neurodivergency.

I believe in a concept that I understand as “communities of compassion” where better understanding of mental health distress and different perspectives help promote awareness and compassion.

My experience includes presenting at summits and conferences, copresenting webinars, guest appearances on podcasts in Australia and the UK, guest writing blogs, and even serving as a content creator and consultant for a commercial ADHD app! Take a look at my media and speaking experience below.

Blog Guest Writer

As a Mental Health focused Therapist, I naturally practice within a trauma informed lens so its no wonder that years back I was invited to write a Guest Blog about it, back in August 2019 when I was still working as a Mental Health First Aid Trainer. It was published under my previous business name of EBE Training and Therapy. This blog is still relevant and is available here.

In delivering Mental Health First Aid Training I was also very lucky to present to a large group that included some of the wonderful members of the community support group for Endometriosis WA, and they invited me to write an article on chronic pain and mental health for Mental Health Week 2020, a copy of which can be found on my website here.

Podcast Guest Speaker

Who doesn’t enjoy a good podcast?! As a podcast guest, I love how it feels like I’m engaging in a thoughtful conversation with like-minded individuals. We can explore how mental health, physical health and neurodivergency can all interconnect, and the impact this has on individuals lives. So far my interests have led me to be invited to talk about Sensory Processing, Emotional Dysregulation, late diagnosis, ADHD Coaching and Strategies, creativity, and hormonal influences.

Other things I can do

I have been greatly honoured to have had the experience to be a user consultant and Content creator/curator for a ADHD program within a Commercially available Habit-tracking app. Due to AHPRA regulations, I won’t go into this too much, but a professional endorsement from the team is available on my Linkedin profile.
