Clinical Supervision for Mental Health Allied Health Professionals
In the care and support sector, you work hard to look after others. The personal and professional cost of this can be a burnout; leading to feelings of inadequacy, exhaustion and detachment/loss of connection. Burnout is notably common amongst support workers. EBE offers 1:1 mentoring support with experience in supporting allied health professionals (psychologists, social workers, OTS), peer consultants and support workers. we offer face to face or telehealth sessions.
Psychotherapy
EBE is an AHPRA and Medicare registered provider of psychological services, able to provide you with 1:1 counselling sessions. Participants can receive a Medicare rebate from this service if they have a referral from their GP and a mental health care plan (Also obtained from GP).

ADHD Coaching
Emma studied at the American ADD Coaching academy. Emma uses a coaching lens to help the adult owners of brilliant firecracker ADHD brains to see their strengths, do the important but dull stuff, and to gain greater emotional resilience and self-regulation.
